my shop sells SMC networking products. A customer came in wanted to buy an Access Point (AP). i knew wat is an AP but i nv used SMC 1 b4 so i dunno abt its reliability, etc. i nv said anything bad abt SMC n i just told tat customer tat my shop only sells SMC if wanna try other brands can try LINKSYS (a brand which im more familiar wif). then i started toking abt LINKSYS AP to her, the user interface blah blah. the nx day a guy named DERRIC TAN from ASIA PAC called n asked y i promote other brands instead of the 1 we're selling now. ok lor, its my fault. i din denied it. i din market wat my shop had. i apologised to him 4 times lor. n said i just giving my views lor. he ji tao said, "ren jia you wen ni yi jian ma?" nb.. i used very nice tone tok to him lor, i get tis reply in return.

then he used those sarcastic tone to tok to me lor. is there a need to do tat? still asked me whether i noe wats an AP or not, need any product training? i said no i dun need. i anyhow told him AP is used to do AD HOC network he oso believed. knnbcb, dunno trying to act pro. AD HOC got nth to do wif AP.

let me tell u DERRIC TAN. AD HOC network means a wireless network composed of only stations and NO ACCESS POINT. i tok cock wif u, u oso believe me. wif tat ans u gave me u already telling me u dunno anything abt AP already. still wanna tok big somemore i already apologised. u so dulan go tell sandy lor. u still wanna educate me ask me wan product training or not, u eduate yurself 1st la pls. dun sia suay yurself. i not trying to say i very pro in networking but i din studied Diploma in Computer n Networking technology 2.5 yrs for nth 1 ok.

let me educated u 1st la b4 u wanna eduate me on AP, one of the use of Access Point is to connect wirelessly into a wired network n has normally 3 modes for u to configure (root mode, reapeater mode, bridge mode). cb yur rank higher than me i dun wan to sia suay u only. i straight away can agree wif u on the product training but i dun wan cos whole company hav to do it bcos of me. u wan i can secretly borrow u "Guide to networking FOR IDIOTS" 1. i wun tell ppl 1. i will remember tis incident 1. so wat u apologised to adele, i dun give a fucking damn abt it lor. u insulted me not adele ok? at least apologised to jeff, he's the bridge in charge. N tis incident is none of his business lor so dun tok to him in tat kinda of fucking way. our family dun owe u $ 1 lor.

anyway i still apologised to HIM but i dun c the point tat he aplogising to adele la hor. i will remember tis incident 1. better watch out nx time. even i forgive i wun forget.
